Veevo Health, a service of Veevo Technologies, Inc., is on a mission to make heart attacks a thing of the past through precision health. We are deeply committed to protecting the privacy of your protected health information (PHI). PHI is information that may identify you and that relates to your past, present, or future physical or mental health or condition and related health care services. This notice describes our legal duties and privacy practices as required by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
